Whey makes up 20% of milk proteins. Unlike the globular derivative casein, whey is soluble, so it is rapidly digested and enables absorbing amino acids into the muscles as quickly as possible. By taking it before and after the workout, muscle breakdown during training is prevented and protein synthesis (muscle formation) after training is stimulated.
Whey also contains the highest concentration of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) – leucine, isoleucine and valine – among all other protein sources in powder form; this is why it is so effective in stimulating muscle growth.
Another reason why whey promotes muscle growth is because of its ability to raise insulin levels to a greater extent compared with protein powder. This is a fundamental feature of post workout as it facilitates the transport of glucose and amino acids into the muscle cells, giving a strong boost to protein synthesis. The addition of whey also favours vasodilation.

Method of use
Pour 30 g, equal to 3 scoops of product, in 150 ml of water and mix until completely dissolved.
